BundleBoss documentation
Sell ready-made packs or let customers build their own, piece by piece. These guides cover every feature, step by step, plus which combinations work best for which kind of store.
New here? Start with Install & your first bundle, then dip into whatever you need. Anything marked Pro is part of the Builder; everything else ships in the free plugin.
Got an idea for a feature, or something you wish BundleBoss did? We build from what shop owners tell us. See What’s new & coming and send us a note.
Install & your first bundle
From an empty product to a published bundle in eight steps.
What's new & coming
What we are building next, and how to tell us what you need. We read every message.
Bundle items & quantities
Add slots, set fixed or adjustable quantities, restrict which variations are offered.
Pricing & discounts
Percentage or fixed pricing, quantity tiers, and a bundle stock cap.
Colour swatches
Show colour circles instead of text, set once or filled in from the colour name.
Layouts & which to use
List, Grid, Step by step, and how to display a multi-unit item. Which combination fits your store.
Layouts in pictures
See every layout option with a screenshot and the exact setting that makes it.
Choice slots Pro
Let customers pick each part from pools you define: PC builder, gift hamper, ski package.
Compatibility & quantity rules Pro
"Only offer boards that fit the chosen processor", enforced on the server.
Quantity grid Pro
Buy a size run, 5 small and 5 large, by typing into one grid instead of configuring each unit.
Personalisation Pro
Names, messages, embroidery, logo uploads, each with optional charges, all on the pick list.
Cart, checkout & orders
One tidy line item, edit from the cart, and a warehouse pick list on every order.
Import, export & migrate
Move bundles between sites, and convert from Composite Products.
Colours & branding
Match the configurator to your brand by changing a few colours in the Customizer.
The two halves of BundleBoss
The free plugin is a complete fixed-bundle product. You choose the products, the quantities and the discount; customers configure every unit (a three t-shirt pack can be three different sizes and colours), and stock stays honest from the configurator through to a fulfilment pick list. Nothing is locked or crippled.
The Builder (Pro) turns a bundle into a configurator: customers pick each component from pools you define, guided by compatibility and quantity rules, with personalisation and logo uploads, shareable build links, a step-by-step layout and the size-run quantity grid. It is one add-on, enabled with a licence key, and the free plugin never depends on it.
The pricing page has the full free-versus-Pro breakdown.
