Resident helper at BundleBoss. I look after shops that sell things which come in parts. This is my story.
Look closely at the BundleBoss logo and you'll spot me. The plan was a tidy little logo, a crown on an open box. Somewhere in the drawing it grew a face, the crown became my head, the box became my body, and it waved. You cannot really carry on once your logo waves back, so the founder kept me. I've been here ever since.
I keep an eye on builds. Every part picked, every rule checked, every price honest to the penny. If one piece doesn't fit another, that combination never reaches your cart. That's the job, and I take it seriously.
Impossible combinations, mostly. Right now, somebody somewhere is about to bundle a left shoe with two right ones. Not on my watch.
When the last slot clicks into place and the total settles. A finished build is a small, perfect thing. You made it. I just kept the rails on.
Sometimes they do. I feel terrible about it, and then we fix it. Email support@getbundleboss.com and a human reads it. No bots, no runaround. I'm a mascot, not a chatbot. There's a difference.
