Refund Policy

30 days, no hoops

If BundleBoss Pro is not right for your store, tell us within 30 days of purchase and you get a full refund. You do not need to give a reason, though if something did not work we would genuinely like to know so we can fix it.

How to ask

Email support@getbundleboss.com from the address you purchased with, or use the refund option in your Freemius account. Refunds are processed by Freemius (our merchant of record) back to your original payment method, usually within a few business days.

Renewals

Annual renewals carry the same 30-day window from the renewal date. We also email a reminder before every renewal, so a charge should never be a surprise.

After a refund

Your Pro features deactivate, but your bundles and settings stay exactly where they are. The free plugin keeps working, and Pro data (like choice slots) is preserved and springs back if you ever return.

The trial

Every Pro plan starts with a 14-day free trial that does not require a payment method, so in practice you have over six weeks to decide with no risk at all.
