Switching guide

Moving from Composite Products?
We will make it painless.

Composite Products is capable, and at about £112 a year it should be. If what you actually need is configurable kits with per-item personalisation, BundleBoss does that in one plugin for less. Here is how the move works, and the honest state of it.

Why shops switch

One plugin, not three

To get configurable kits plus personalisation from the official extensions you stack Composite Products, Product Bundles and Product Add-Ons. BundleBoss is one tool, one settings screen, one thing to update.

Personalisation built in

On Pro, add a name, number or logo upload to each item in the kit, and a different one per unit. The piece the official extensions are not built to do even side by side.

Less to pay

BundleBoss Solo is £79 a year against about £112 for Composite Products alone, before you add the others. See the full comparison.

How your setup maps across

Most Composite Products ideas have a direct home in BundleBoss. The names change, the thinking does not.

How the move actually works

Being straight with you: there is no magic one-click import yet. Two honest paths, and we help with both.

  1. Rebuild it in BundleBoss. Set the product type to Bundle, add the items, mirror the options. Most kits take a few minutes because the structure maps so closely.
  2. Let us help. An importer that reads Composite Products setups is in testing now, not promised until it is proven on real stores. Email us your setup and we will move it across with you, importer or not.
