BundleBoss
Let customers add the details that make a product theirs: a name to print, a gift message, a logo to upload, each able to carry a charge. It is built into the bundle, not bolted on with a second plugin, and everything they enter flows through to the order and the warehouse pick list.
To sell personalised products on WooCommerce you normally add a separate product add-ons plugin. It personalises the product as a whole, not each item in a set, and not each unit of a run. For a kit where every piece needs its own name, that falls apart. BundleBoss puts the fields on the bundle itself.
On any bundle item, open the Personalisation panel and add as many fields as you need. Ready-made types, no codes:
A name to print, a number, a gift message. Set a maximum length and whether it is required.
A dropdown of options (each with its own charge), a tick box for an extra, a number field. Plain labels, no slugs.
Customers upload a JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP or PDF while configuring. It arrives as a download link on the order and the pick list.
Each field can carry a charge, a flat amount for each one, once for the order, or per letter, so monograms and printed names price themselves.
You decide per field whether it is captured per unit or once for the whole item. So a team order can collect a different name and number for every shirt and a single shared crest, in the same bundle. This pairs with the per-unit configuration layout, where each unit is its own editable card.
Whatever the customer types, and every charge, shows in the live total, the cart, the order, the confirmation email, and the warehouse pick list, so the people packing the order see exactly what goes on each piece. Uploaded files are treated as personal data: they are included in WordPress's privacy export and erase tools, and unused uploads are cleared automatically.
Embroidery, print and engraving shops. Monogramming and personalised gifts. Team kit, workwear and promotional merch. Anyone whose products carry a name, a number, a message or a logo. If that is you, the workwear and team kits page shows the whole flow end to end.
